We make cookies for thanksgiving every year, but this year, they were a little different because of how early Hanukah was.
Forgot to post the gluten free pear apple crisp I made for thanksgiving. I found the recipe on buzzfeed and it’s by the minimalist baker. I added some pears to make it a little more fun. It was delicious and you couldn’t even tell it was gluten free! You can find the recipe here: http://minimalistbaker.com/gluten-free-vegan-apple-crisp/
The book and recipe I used for my Mac n cheese in the previous post
This is one of my favorite inventions. I love combining unlikely foods to make an explosion of flavor in your mouth! All you do is cut up some watermelon, some Persian cucumbers, a scallion and some feta cheese. Combine it with a little salt, a little pepper, and the ever so delicious trader joes orange muscat champagne vinegar. Let it chill together in the refrigerator and voila! You have a fun and flavorful side dish. #gethealthyconfidential #recipes #salad
If you are feeling bored with your veggies, try @taralynnmcnitt sweet sesame ones. They have just the right amount of sweetness and the sesame seeds kill! Find the recipe on her blog #undressedskeleton
Last nights dinner was epic and all
Low cal! Weight watchers baked Mac n cheese, #undressedskeleton sweet sesame green beans, watermelon and cucumber salad and sirloin. I’ll post the recipes later.
Tomorrow is our 3 year anniversary. Time really does fly when you’re having fun ❤️
If it was easy, everyone would do it. Every set back can be used as a learning experience. Don't waste them.
