Weight Watchers Simple Start: Breakfast Pizza!
This tastes so good, you would never know it’s for weight watchers.
1 egg (scrambled)
2 slices of tomato
1 lite English muffin
1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese
1. Scramble your egg
2. Divide your egg between the two pieces of English muffin. Top each with a tomato slice and cheese. Add a little salt and pepper.
3. Toast or broil until cheese is melted
You could use cream cheese too, that would be delicious.
If you wanted to add some more protein, some turkey would be yummy.
